I’m Kate Baldwin.

My background brings together luxury real estate, wedding and event planning, marketing, and design. Each has shaped how I see a business—the people behind it, the experience it creates, and the details that make it memorable.

Key West is home.
I was born and raised in Key West, and being a first-generation Conch is part of who I am. Growing up here gave me an appreciation for individuality, community, and the relationships that keep a small business going.
It also gave me a lifelong love of the water. Give me a day fishing in the backcountry, and I’m pretty happy.

Before real estate and Baldwin & Co., I spent 15 years planning weddings and events. That work brought creativity and business together every day: understanding someone’s vision, managing the moving parts, and making sure the experience felt as good as it looked.
I learned to listen closely, think on my feet, and turn a collection of ideas into something cohesive.

Working in luxury real estate in Key West and the Florida Keys brought another dimension to that experience. From staging and presentation to photography and marketing, I saw how thoughtful choices could help people connect with a home.
Understanding what makes a property special—and knowing how to communicate it—is a skill I bring to the businesses I work with today.
Life Outside the Office
Beyond the business.
I’m a mom to my daughter, Olivia, a soccer coach, a volleyball mom, and a Frenchie mom to Frankie Cupcake. Between practices, games, and a French bulldog with main-character energy, life stays busy.
My favorite downtime involves fishing, being out on the water, and spending time with family and friends. I love traveling and discovering somewhere new—the people, the places, and the little details that stay with you long after you leave.
But no matter where I go, the Keys will always be home.
